How to format your posts: 

[Insert header (Make sure that it in all caps; Header should indicate the content that is being posted)] [+ Insert a categorization (Look at the list below)]

  • Add [ACTION NEEDED] following the title if needed if officers need to complete something; Ex: when2meet, tabling sign-ups, etc. 

  • Add [INPUT NEEDED] following the title if officers’ reviewal/input is wanted; Ex: Meeting itinerary feedback, discussion threads, etc.

  • Add [ANNOUNCEMENT] following the title if the post is just a general announcement for the team; Ex: Location changes, reminders, bonding events, etc.  

  • Add [PROGRESS UPDATE] following the title if the post is a check-in/follow-up for any ongoing activity/announcements; Ex. Collaborations with other RSOs, etc.

Please make sure to include links of any previous thread(s) at the beginning of this post before going into the post’s content if it is a progress update. 

If more than one category applies to your post, use slashes in the bracket.

Examples:

Please fill out this when2meet so that we can determine a meeting date and time that works best for everyone during fall quarter.

Google Drive— Consolidated platform for all officer work and and notes 

VSAUW 2022-2023 Shared Google Drive Folder vs. VSAUW Google Drive:  

VSAUW 2022-2023 Shared Google Drive Folder: All of our work for this year, both group and individual, should be kept here. Please try your best to put all docs/files in the correct folder for easy accessibility. 

VSAUW Google Drive: Due to some past technical difficulties, we were unable to link our archives into the current drive. You would have to open the VSAUW Google Drive to access all old files when needed or try to search it up in Google Drive. 


Google Calendar 

Purpose

  • Meant for more general information: All-team updates/meetings, events, timelines, etc. 

    • Utilize “Event” label when inserting any items

  • Please make sure to check and add to this often so that you’re up to date with team operations

  • Keep in mind, when you add/remove/edit an event via the VSA calendar on your personal calendars, everyone can see that change
